I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean with great facilities such as a beautiful pool, and ample parking. The location allowed me to experience the tranquillity of the countryside, yet it was still close enough to explore the surrounding villages. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff were very helpful.
There was nothing I didn't like.

It is a new and comfortable Hotel, very spacious, with a big and nicely planned garden. The rooms are big and modern. The staff was helpful. Very nice sorroundings and close to Spello and Assisi.
The directions given to the Hotel are complicated and not the best option. It is suggested to leave the Foligno-Perugia highway at Foligno-North exit and follow the road parallel to the highway. The hotel is achievable only if you drive a car.

The restaurant at this hotel was excellent!! In our 26 day stay in all of Italy this was the best food. Loved that they had English speaking channels on TV.
Location, not much around, great if you have car which we did.

Had the most wonderful Christmas there! The ambiance was warm & welcoming with beautifully decorated common areas and Christmas trees throughout the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it feel like home. The location was key, with easy access to many nearby attractions and restaurants. Plus, the hotel had a great spa and an indoor pool, providing a perfect way to relax during the cold winter days.
The breakfast was a bit of a let-down, with limited options that didn't quite satisfy our taste buds. the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade, especially in terms of the decor.

Hotel was comfortable and the food was good though we only had one meal there. Very good base camp for exploring north to Assisi and south to Terni, as well as East & West. Nice central location.
The walls were a bit thin so we could hear alot of noise. We booked a triple room which came with a queen & a twin- perfect for 2 adults & 1 child. However, the bathroom was a handicap one, no curtains so water got everywhere and no shelf to put soap, toothbrushes, etc. It was a bit annoying not to have a place to put stuff. Rm 216.

We wanted to stay just one night coming from Assisi, and we did not need anything special. For such a stay, the hotel is perfect. The room was clean, the breakfast was above average, staff is very helpful.
Wi-fi in the rooms would definitely help. Location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere, which is convenient to reach by car, but without a car we might have had some difficulties. Even by car, the signs from the highway would help.

Had a great Christmas stay in this classic hotel with excellent amenities. Really enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great balconies overlooking the beautiful gardens and pool. the breakfast offered had a wide range of options to choose from which was great. Location was also key with easy access to nearby attractions.
Although the hotel had good service, the restaurant had some problems with English translations which led to a disappointing meal. It was not as it was advertised on the menu, and the dish had to be sent back.

The Delfina Palace has very large rooms at very reasonable rates. The hotel is just outside Foligno and set in the middle of a very large garden. It has very easy access to the motorway that gives you quick access to the amazingly beautiful Umbrian countryside.
Make sure you have a car or some other way of getting around as there is not much within a short walking distance from the Hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. We needed to contact local relatives and they placed the call for us. We needed to change a reservation at another hotel and they called for us and made the change.
The directions to the hotel are inadequate. The signage could be improved.

The hotel is modern, clean and spacious, set within well kept gardens. Our room was large, as was the bathroom, and the balcony had a good view of the gardens to the back. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for visiting Asissi, and Spello, both beautiful hillside towns.
The hotel is a little hard to find as the satnav doesn't recognise the road, but we were helped by a friendly local.

The staff were warm and welcoming and also extremely helpful. The pool was huge, and at times had it all to ourselves. I thought the traffic from the nearby main road would bother me, but I did not notice after a very short time.
Its proximaty to any decent restaurants outside the hotel. Foligno town centre is quite a walk. A poolside bar might have been helpful. But these were only slight misgivings.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. Its location close to the most interesting villages in the area was perfect for exploring. Being away from the chaotic city life allowed for a peaceful and relaxing environment. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi in the rooms and soundproofed rooms, ensuring a comfortable and uninterrupted stay. The staff provided exceptional service, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available at my convenience. Additionally, the hotel's outdoor swimming pool was clean and inviting, providing a refreshing spot to relax and unwind.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.
